Refund policy

Upon arrival of your cup, please use it or add liquid inside cup to make sure it is NOT leaking. Then, send me an email for a refund or a remake of your cup with pictures and a video attach to it. (i will always test them on my end to make sure the cup has no leak before shipping) Please be patience. i will get back to you and will gladly help you.

NOTE: i will NOT refund or remake after the two week period. Make sure you send me and email at Clinkwcolor@gmail.com. Please know, i will make sure your cup is packaged properly and with a sticker that says fragile. After leaving my hands i am not responsible with how the cup is handled at shipping. Not responsible for breaks or cracks. send me pictures of the condition of the item and i will file a claim with the carrier for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
